Too salty and too sour

I PURCHASED THIS AS A TEMPORARY MEASURE WHILST WAITING FOR MY OWN CABBAGES TO FERMENT IN MY BARREL. I kept the cabbage leaves in cold water overnight and and after making the sarma they really do taste TOO sour and TOO saltY EVEN THOUGH i hardly added any salt in the actual mix. SOME LEAVES ARE HUGE THE LEAVES ARE TOO CRINKLY AND THE CABBAGE LOOKS AS IF IT'S BEEN VACUUM PACKED FOR ABSOLUTELY AGES.. I DON'T LIKE IT AT ALL.

Makes nice sarma

Super fast delivery. Great taste, super wide leaves. Unfortunately, despite washing the leaves prior to cooking for 2.5 hrs, I had a reaction with skin at the edge of my mouth itching and turning red.. Nothing that washing with plenty of water couldn’t fix, but ultimately saddened I had to lose the leaves to eat sarma, which tasted lovely, it was a genuine surprise, as I’ve EATEN it many times before. With no reaction whatsoever.
