The secret of the salami lies in the combination of select meat of the Black Slavonian pig and finest red ground paprika, providing a particularly savory taste. Experienced masters of their trade have filled each sausage by hand and prepared it for smoking over beechwood smoke. The proper proportion of olfactory and gustatory sensations is achieved after a few months of ripening.
Ingredients: pork meat, table salt, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative E250, starter culture. Edible casing made from pork intestine. 100g of dry product made from 160g of fresh pork meat.
