The story of Honey Heart dates back to 1978. when the wizards of Pionir started the magical production of a perfect cake. The heart was sweet and adorable, so it soon became the favorite among many who tasted it. Along with the original Honey Heart, in 2002. sour cherry flavoured honey cakes were introduced.
The specific taste of these cakes comes from honey and a unique combination of cinnamon, ginger and clove. It is rounded off with a high percentage of dark chocolate coating. Honey Heart come in very handy during Lenten periods as it is vegan!
Ingredients: honey dough (wheat and rye flour, sugar, honey 15%, dextrose, spices, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator E501, acids: lactic and citric acid), fruit filling 25% (sugar, fruit 38% (apple, cherry 17%, plum), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavour), chocolate coating 20% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, palm oil, emulsifiers: sunflower lecithin and E476). The chocolate coating contains minimum 47% dry material of cocoa components. May contain traces of milk, hazelnuts and eggs.
